Skilled in Mental Training including Hypnosis, Mental Imagery, Relaxation Techniques; Guidance and Counseling; Team Building Exercises; Concentration, Focus and Mind Control Techniques, etc.

Strong R&D experience in developing tools to measure the performance of Individuals and Organizations in India's top Defence R&D Organization.

A short stint with the Indian Army as a Gentleman Cadet undergoing Basic Military Training at Officer's Training Academy, Chennai, India to be commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army.
